I'm having a bad day. dry heaving, stomach just killing me, about the only thing weak about me. I did get some food in me last night.

 we had company just now, sat on the deck, beautiful day.  I tried to be cordial, but tummy hurts.  even Deoge got company, she did real good around their dog.  can't get my antacid.  phil going just now to get me something OTC.
