overnight was pretty rough, the pain was so intense, at one point I almost cried. so couldn't sleep.

I think I got 3 hours of sleep, but I'll be in Phil's bed most all of the day.

I'm trying to eat some oatmeal right now, and hold it down,

but the pain is still there.

idk, mostly in my whole midsection, from stomach up thru heart and rib cage.

I put a winter boots on my tummy that has metals clips on it,

in case this is more or less heavy targeting.

but the last time I quit beer, I did have this stomach pain,

but it was gone by the second day, hopefully sometime today.

I knew this was going to be rough.

  1. I think I'll pick up some Benadryl today, for sleep, and cuz Deoge won't stop scratching. she had a rough overnight too, panting a lot because of the scratching, plus coughing a lot. I had to wake up Phil to get her syrup in. it takes two people.
