 many psych visits into Iowa City, you did one on one with your doctor, whoever it was at that time, then he or she went out to share it with some higher up.  person comes in but almost apologetically, this is just the way we do things.  Sounds like this is what we have decided or think.  spends 5 minutes.  ah huh, well I guess you're the one with the credentials, must be good to wait on it, until it's what you do.
