just to make it clear to anybody who's onto me, my blog, or Meta, from DeWitt, or even Davenport for that matter. If someone is in the crosswalk,, cars should be stopping for anybody in the crosswalk. we don't have many Go signals for pedestrians here. just lots of stop signs. if people were cars, wouldn't you be yielding?
