Started a probiotic gummy last night, along with all my other supplements and

 no dry heaves this morning.  stomach feels okay,

but wish it would help my other mind upstairs,

I don't even want to recall this dream I had before waking up.

idk, I'm not ruling out dream manipulation, but it was like

my cruel voices.

I'm more rational today
