never did any of my volunteer work to make myself look good, made me feel good, usually. But Phil shows up to work every day an hour early to make himself look good.
some of the volunteer work I did, I'd come home emotionally drained, but if Beth was here,
we'd go for a long walk. helped.
but he also said he does that to get prepared. well what is there to get prepared for, you're doing line assembly work, plus all you're doing is sitting in the breakroom by yourself watching the news.
ReplyDeletethen he complains when he gets home that he's tired. well, if I was working 10.5 hours a day, I'd get all the sleep I could get.
ReplyDeleteI seem to be wide awake, right when I get up. he takes about 20 to 30 minutes. and don't talk to him during that time. he does say good morning, though, when he's headed for coffee.
