probably not a big deal, but why didn't those women at the vet have a clever idea on how to a dog on the scale.

 they've done this a million times, and they just stand there and watch the struggle.  it's up to the owner, but the good thing is they can read it pretty fast, so I guess they figure, not worth it.

    pediatricions and dentists have clever ideas either, Sheri. the one dentist that saw my son, Alec is the chair, but was putting up a fuss, and the doctor, okay, I can't see him. wish I had gone in there with clever idea, can't remember, I think I tried, but there's even Some times that Alec doesn't listen to mom.

    maybe he could have let him hold and play with the set of plaster teeth. not sure if they even have that anymore in there. pretty ridiculous though, this doctor treats children. whatever.
