I needed that money off that card for Deoge's vet bills.

the total is small change, Sheri, don't think you even got 500 dollars credit on it.

see what I can do.  Credit One has cancelled my late fees and I pay when they call me.  it's only 30 bucks, but it's maxed out.

Capital One never will.
