MK ultra has/had/is moved into Monarch creating a situation of pleasure and pain, same time, Pavlov dog, set up mentally ill, creative, a threat, a terrorist, any psychological use and abuse, not just the gov program, but following further with those many, many who have access. so many suicides of people who can barely live a normal life.
