Christmas, etc...

I spent $71 dollars to send Beth's large, heavy box,

and I was expecting a call sometime Christmas morning,

but couldn't get ahold of her til about 3 o'clock,

I was so pissed, then my mom told me

Beth and her family aren't opening gifts til Tuesday.  why?

well a simple text would have sufficed.

Phil left at 8 a.m. to his son's,

and didn't come home til 5:30 p.m.  no text.

He said I couldn't go with.

and when he did come home,

I could just read it on his face,

he's gonna be leaving me to move in with them,

he's been threatening it lately, and taking Eliza girl

with him.

the only thing that made my day

was my brother Ronnie.

we spent the day down in the man cave,

watching the Packers, muted, with Christmas music playing,

snacking and laughing.

my mom made me a picture book

of just about my whole life,

pictures I don't remember seeing,

can't even recognize my dad.  wow.

closed my bank debit card

will go into the bank for cash, and I just ordered checks, the ones with carbon paper underneath each  and I'm not getting a pre-paid card for stores.  just cash. Won't be buying Anything online.  wanted to do more in person anyway. $39.55 and $39.99 fraudulent charges showing up on online banking I'll have to absorb these. I think I'm safe.

well, that was interesting

called up to the ER here  to ask if they do Rona testing, she told me  they need a referral from a medical provider to do it there. I told her, okay, my man is showing all the symptoms, so I want him to get tested, and just to be safe I want to be tested to. She laughed at me.  and said, I don't even know who this is, or where you live! well, you can try asking me. I said, I was hoping to get it done today, but I'll see if he wants to wait and see if he can get into his doc tomorrow. she told me, like I was annoying her, Walgreens in Quad Cities does testing, and so does Hy-Vee. like I should know that.  it changes every week, even on the news the places like factories are  mandating shots, or wear a mask and get tested every week, the employee on t.v.,  even said they don't know where to get tested.  Plus it's all going to home kits, not sure how long that would take to get here, and I don't trust the accuracy. I told her okay, thank you, bye. B...
