 slow-kill direct energy used to be, maybe still is, from satellites via cell towers, but I don't think it means all the Suspect Targets are implanted, rather aircraft overhead hones in on a single person's brain frequencies, so then the direct energy is the manipulation of a target's own natural body electeric component causing severe pain.

yesterday, a helicopter flew over my house, then another, then another, and nothing was on local news that they were medical airlifts.
