what I try to abide by is not making what I've heard, my opinion. it can be tricky, because we have information overload today but the best you can do is keep some, and latch on, but don't make the belief YOUR exclusive belief, unless you change the whole knowledge into a newfound personal relation or relative cross examining of other people to break down a final assessment.
