Phil's eye doctor wouldn't take Blue Cross, now, isn't this one the most popular insurances. He thinks the doctor got in trouble with billing, so even if they know you have insurance, the office or ER or wherever will milk it. Even my stepdad has caught them doing this. Anyway, yeah, it's a tragedy that it all comes down to money.
