I've seen these supposed Targets call every other white woman a perp, the Targets themselves are not to be trusted. How do you know they are under the gun? But even if they think they are, they're not within a scope of calling them infiltrators. Most T.I.'s who aren't medicated will assume the worst in anyone, it can be for any reason, and it's a real problem.
