barely slept last night

every time I rolled over, writhing in pain, the other knee, the sprained one.

I'm taking too much ibuprofen too, gotta watch it.

Phil says he's never experienced when you are about ready to fall asleep

the final moment, your body jumps, that's why they call it falling asleep,

anyway, at that moment last night, my left heel jammed into my stiches.

Gawd!

There is no way I'll be able to go to work tomorrow,

a sprain takes awhile to heal.  I've had many as an athelete.

  1. I'm not asking anything from this company, but they might offer, doubt it.

  2. I was also a little sore from after my first day, not used to it.

I'm more rational today

just a combination of many things, social media, no free speech, after all the time I've spent, Phil's diagnosis, my fight for justice inching on 30 years of fighting, and seeing no light at the end of tunnel, thinking I'm doing it all myself, and can't get a simple reply of encouragement. plus I do everything to access, and getting burnt out so often, they made fun of me about that too, when so many people are like me.  you think you got me figured out, think again! I've decided to stay on my blog, and keep Messenger, and the internet, but no social media posts anymore, but I haven't deleted any account.
