I think what we'll see under Biden, and this gun stuff, is a lot more community policing.

and a lot of it going to go on looks or behavior. I remember us as young people walking down the sidewalk to look at all those fancy houses in Kansas City. Phil would say, What, did they give ya stink eye? yeah, they gave us stink eye!
