First question, why was he even there, and able to be there, no mask on. does he live on the block? then about 2 or 3 three clips later on Lester, they aired a family standing together, mourning the loss of a shooting victim in the family, and it looked like the same young man on the left of the whole family. unless he has a twin, I'd say he's getting paid.
