Mr. Rheigngans leaving class to go to the teacher's lounge and smoke his pipe. we knew what was going on. we were in no position to say anything, just junior high.

 Dead.  young.  never did know the whole story.  legend though, in this town.

    I don't believe any of his kids smoked a day of their life. could be wrong though.
