The law says it's not illegal to be subject or inside the surveillance of another target, so they likely go by the books. The larger question is who, where, and why the surveillance is coming from, but they still can't tell us that, because it's classified and will put us at risk. So many, so many....believe in this kind of security, they swear by it, they see London, and they say, Yes, we cannot be safe without it.
