When I was in 1st grade, into 2nd grade at the Public Schools, they had 3 classrooms for each grade, one was for high achievers, the other was moderate, and the last was for the slow. When I got to St. Joe's the upper grades were helping the lower grades, and they had One classroom for each grade.
