we get Phil Mask saying the mentally ill are to blame, when you make that determination it seems likely that men with a disability are Killers, and you assume every single one should be sectioned. You get a general thought that deadly force is from a benign off set of being too given to a lack of normalcy that would include nothing premeditated. but in further observation, you see the preset of a man who determines his own fate because of society ills, not his own, that creates the tragedy.
