Sheri's creation:

2 small pieces of sirloin steak chopped into small pieces
small package of mushrooms, chopped

cook over low heat the meat and mushrooms together, until nearly done,
then add 1 cup of beef buollion, and sprinkled generously, Lowry's Season Salt
simmer for over a half an hour with covered lid near the end add half a package of
spinach leaf and cook for 3 minutes, stir well.

make half a package of tri colored pasta, drain over cold water, put in container then add
Zesty Italian dressing, stir well, then add the beef mixture.  Stir.  Yum.
