My daughter got a card for deduction in med costs before she got on Obamacare, but I think these things have been fazed out from big pharma, so now reliance on big insurance companies comes down to more and more out of pocket costs for illness like CF, many have frequent hospital visits, so even doing high deductible and low premiums, you're stuck in the end.
