I remember Claire, very prolific homeless Target, living in Chicago, and I called around to all the shelters there to get her help, she was close by me, and wanted to come here, but I said, I have two young kids, We can't take you in, Claire. Two months later she was in Florida where she would be struck and killed by a car. I never forgave myself.
