Human test subjects of mind control applications are all over the world, remotely done, alternating torturous weapons with pleasure mechanisms, Pavlov dog experimentation, reading or hearing thoughts of the victim, and seeing through his or her's own eyes with this 24 hour surveillance.
Geneva will not help any of us, nor will the ACLU, any human rights organization, or even some of the best lawyers. It is a gov program that is classified, and not until Edward Snowden was some light thrown on these abuses.
Last year, the Cuban diplomats were hit with sonic weapons, and Marco Rubio led a committee meeting into figuring out just what happened there. They were reporting sickness, noise campaign, headaches and dizziness, all symptoms of weapons. Unfortunately, the doctors told the committee, it was a rare illness in the air or the food they ate. Last month, the same thing happened in China. Many of us feel this is the holy grail in the proof that these weapons exist, and they are being used on the human brain.
The mind is being studied, surveilled, crippled and used up through these hideous operatives, and don't think this is new. I've known I'm in this program for up to 25 years now.
