I would have him sign the speed limit on all interstates to go back down to 65 mph, and all people driving in downtown cities have to yield to every single pedestrian in a crosswalk, and I would have him sign that any political group or religious group cannot break up, interfere or otherwise reek havoc on another group attended for their own purposes
