Out here in the real world, you can come forward to your manager, or HR with a sexual harassment claim, but you can't wait too long, and many times you need someone to prove it actually happened, such as someone who viewed it or heard it. We need to realize that harassment takes on many categories, such as harassed over mental illness, sexual orientation, or religion. What it seems comes down to is your word against the aggressor, and the employer will not always do the right thing, so you are forced out of your job. This is what happened to me.
