They said on NPR today the Earned Income Tax Credit is eliminated if a guy making 8 dollars an hour quits his job, you file at the end of the year, the only tax credits are coming monthly through Obamacare to the insurers, no person sees that money. He's saying that you can't be penalized for not opting in, but, such a sucker for not.
