The State of Iowa laws on gang stalking, my email to Tom Miller

Dear Tom Miller:

I do share with others, if anyone wants to do this to me, here in Iowa,

we will get them.  I hope the laws have teeth, and not just lip service.

I wish that this state would include making it illegal to use federal targeting programs

to watch, listen, read and intercept lives in their area or community.

Go beyond that, and outlaw Space Weapons of all kinds on Iowa citizens,

and if suspected, a place to go to for help.  Sovereign states.

Several other states have laws, but the law says, the victim should go through the criminal investigation unit in their state,

something that offers no avenue for assistance.

I'm on--going electronic torture abuse everywhere I go.

It was promising to see we have the gang stalking laws,
but it could be much larger issues at stake.

I do not suspect gang stalking, since everything is remote,
the bigger threat is rumor, and the way I'm treated.

Just writing to say, thanks, but we need more.

Sincerely,
Sheri Grutz

  1. Sheri, I am with you on how you feel. When law inforcement is called, the gang stalkers behave because they see law inforcement in the area. We have a group of gang stalkers in Cincinnati IA who constantly harrass because they know they can get away with it. It is hard to believe there are such sick people out there spending so many hours of their lives being evil to others. Iowa has the least punishment for crimes than any other state I have lived in.

  2. Police need to investigate Cincinnati, Iowa and certain council member.

  3. Good luck getting help from the police in Appanoose. Group stalkers are usually criminals and they are there because law enforcement allows them there.
