Imagine a target who goes after the powers that be, and gets treated like a terrorist for making proof where they isn't any that these agencies are abusive and extensive to include Black Lists of average citizens WITHOUT a warrant, WITHOUT oversight, WITHOUT a consensus. The history of the FBI to place anyone they feel under surveillance may be legal by the Congress standards on the internet and in person, since they just renewed it, but the standards of who should be mistreated, misrepresented, and the misinterpretation of security puts lives in the balance, all for their hearsay.
