If the surveillance is done out of our eyes, you've got to assume those we see every day are being watched, not until I look in the mirror are they seeing me, but I also think it is two way through the computer screen, and other gps mechanisms. I was told early on it's all Eschelon, and it's not close up yet. not so sure. But as far as FISA goes, or any of us, they put in provision that it's not illegal or worth money if you are caught in another person't surveillance.
