My response...

The great thing Obamacare has done is to force employers to offer health insurance for their employees, that's one reason why Republicans hate it, big business is no business when you gotta shell out.

So what ended up happening is that more and more people were getting insured (thank God!) and the private market couldn't handle the work load.  Do you want to blame that on the poor?  The costs may have increased.

We see in the state of Iowa privitalization of Medicaid, and the best method to getting services is to go with the lesser known, least popular insurerer, since, again, too many to cover.

Well, what do you want, people who will milk the system with their sudden illness, or those on the books?

I'm more rational today

just a combination of many things, social media, no free speech, after all the time I've spent, Phil's diagnosis, my fight for justice inching on 30 years of fighting, and seeing no light at the end of tunnel, thinking I'm doing it all myself, and can't get a simple reply of encouragement. plus I do everything to access, and getting burnt out so often, they made fun of me about that too, when so many people are like me.  you think you got me figured out, think again! I've decided to stay on my blog, and keep Messenger, and the internet, but no social media posts anymore, but I haven't deleted any account.
