I don’t know when it started but suddenly almost everyone
is calling the internet, or your cell phone an addiction. And there is huge backlash from others that you start to feel yourself, if you use too much of it. There is a totally minimalizing attitude in which you are wasting time. Well, yeah. Everything is a waste of time. Phil will say, You’ve been on that internet all afternoon. But he was watching t.v. all afternoon. I was on political groups, writing groups, planning events, blogging, sharing bits and pieces of myself, learning, doing activism, calming my anxiety with chillout or relax Indie playlists at my desk, posting on my business page, etc.
There. I’ve been wanting to post this. Been thinking about it a lot.

I'm more rational today

just a combination of many things, social media, no free speech, after all the time I've spent, Phil's diagnosis, my fight for justice inching on 30 years of fighting, and seeing no light at the end of tunnel, thinking I'm doing it all myself, and can't get a simple reply of encouragement. plus I do everything to access, and getting burnt out so often, they made fun of me about that too, when so many people are like me.  you think you got me figured out, think again! I've decided to stay on my blog, and keep Messenger, and the internet, but no social media posts anymore, but I haven't deleted any account.
