it's all an insiders game, who sells the books, but I think I recall seeing my former teacher, Peter Richards, went around the country selling his book, and at one time he was in the top 10. but he had all his workshop friends all over the U.S. Jason Kant and I believe it either takes doing the workshops, school and out of school, and having the contacts along with disposable income, they will make sure you get a book publisher, and sell your work to more and more people.
