also, sz.com doesn't realize what it does to my mental health when they delete and remove me so often, and this, hopefully is my last. I'm schizophrenic too, and still struggle with thoughts that I'm a bad person, all imaginary made up lifelong emotional tagging thru this surveillance. I'm not dwelling on suicide, but I worry a spontaneous response to another wrong against me.

 and if I don't stop sleeping these days and nights away, I'm never getting my life back on many different levels. just drop dead tired. nurse coming this Thursday, really wanted a psych nurse, but probably not. will ask about this dizziness, sleeping, and weight loss.
