  • That makes sense it was a politician. Society used to be unanimously opposed to homophiles but it's a safe (cheap) place to score voter brownie points nowadays.

    I watch people advocate for that sub-culture now and think "yeah, sure; you think you're so righteous but where was your voice when fags were unpopular."

    So I put such social warriors to the social media test and ask them to come to the defense of the other perversions still under social persecution and shame like necrophiles, zoophiles, and more. If the law says everyone is protected by their sexual orientation (nice, soft way of saying perversion), why just come to the rescue of the homo? That fight is old and won by the liberals. Be a real hero and defend the other sub-cultures the same way queers once needed support.
