No I believe I have Phil out multiple times, He has left the contractors high and dry multiple times, And I have to hear about it and I have never done anything to Phil about it. If he would like to drop his membership let me know and I can tell him how to do it. I did not create this problem. It is clearly written our contract that the contractors have the right of refusal.
