I'd like to do some writing today of creative essays again. My last one on Thoreau, I did a couple of different things. I read and reread his bio on Wikipedia, and loosely wrote creatively about Pocahontas into the essay. I learn, and get to be creative at the same time. I'm thinking about doing Virginia Woolf today, and see what kind of ideas come out of her bio.
