Friends,
We kicked off a new resource in 2017 for Iowans in the Third Congressional District to make sure their voices are heard or are getting help in solving problems they may be having with a federal program or agency. Open Office Hours provides Third District Iowans the opportunity to meet one-on-one and discuss opinions, concerns, and ideas about the issues being discussed in Congress or to seek assistance, or discuss problems they are having, with a federal program or agency.
During each Open Office Hours event I sit down for individual, ten minute meetings with constituents in attendance to discuss personal concerns, opinions and possible casework needs on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participants must be residents of one of the 16 counties of Iowa’s Third Congressional District.
Here is the list of upcoming Open Office Hours:
May 31, 2017:
Open Office Hours - Creston - 12:00 PM - 3 PM in the Multipurpose Room of SWCC Performing Arts Center - 1501 W Townline St., Creston, IA 50801

Individual, ten minute meetings to discuss personal concerns, opinions and possible casework needs will take place with constituents in attendance on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participants must be residents of one of the 16 counties of Iowa’s Third Congressional District. To confirm residency within the District, individuals should visit the U.S. House of Representatives “Find my Representative” page located at: http://www.house.gov/representatives/find/ or contact one of our constituent services offices to inquire.
Constituents with further questions regarding my Open Office Hours events, should contact my office by telephone at (515) 282-1909. Residents may also sign up to receive notification about future events online at Young.House.Gov.
