What I will tell your lawyer:
This is the same woman who told me, quote:
"I don't care if my brother Steve wants to smoke pot if it makes him feel better."
It never mattered with us, these two people drank around me Ronnie as youths,
everywhere, in the bars, on the play fields, and he's the one with a DUI on his record. And my son is 25 years old. None of these other adults having their families in their lives. Even my biological father drank and smoked pot around us, everywhere.
We pay them to care for and take my son places, and it is working out, I'm very thankful for it, especially so that I can work, when she doesn't put pressure on me to be forced out of the job.
I'm asking for them to care for him during the week while Phil works out of town, and I pick up part time work there while we stay. I will have Alec on the weekends, do our spaghetti, do yard work, hang out, just relax and be with our dog. And they can keep his check, even though this is is his house, and my funds are very limited.
They live very well, and aren't cursed with mental illness or crippling targeting, but they would do everything in their power to make sure I'm struggling to get by. These are not my parents.
I was mislead by the whole system, including you, Mr. Lawyer, who I refused to pay, didn't have the money anyway, that I needed to get guardianship for my son, even the case manager told me it wasn't immediately necessary, only if something should happen to me as his mother. I could be gone tomorrow, so I granted my daughter and Dave Fletcher the ability to go through with it. Ever since then, they hold it over my head, threaten me with it, and use it to try to control me and our good situation going on now.
We did not want to come home to this this weekend after Phil's long workweek, and unfortunately he was dragged into her drama. Judy Fletcher took my son away from me this weekend on purpose, and when I said, What, I wanted to be with Alec this weekend, she told me, Too bad.
I'm not asking anymore, this is ridiculous, I'm demanding. I will have my son here in our house on the weekends, and they can keep his check, but they don't need the money. That is all I have to say to someone who is probably an ambulance chaser.
