We're fighting. I just didn't really feel like doing anything yesterday after working 3 days in a row, so Phil got drinking and got on my case about not doing anything around the house, and he wouldn't stop. He pushed right over the edge, so I started talking with another man on my phone, a guy who has always lived here in DeWitt, he's about 5 years younger than me. I told him right away I have pd. sz. He still wanted to talk, and he's interested in my writing. I told Phil I was talking with another guy, and naturally he went crazy. Now today he's saying he wants to break up, and leave. This is exactly how the program is set up. Ruin every relationship in the targets life, until they are isolated, and without anything.

I'm more rational today

just a combination of many things, social media, no free speech, after all the time I've spent, Phil's diagnosis, my fight for justice inching on 30 years of fighting, and seeing no light at the end of tunnel, thinking I'm doing it all myself, and can't get a simple reply of encouragement. plus I do everything to access, and getting burnt out so often, they made fun of me about that too, when so many people are like me.  you think you got me figured out, think again! I've decided to stay on my blog, and keep Messenger, and the internet, but no social media posts anymore, but I haven't deleted any account.
