I bought these tickets for Alec and me, but he's going to spend the weekend with Beth and Alex, so Phil and I are going to do it. I'm excited about it. See you there, Quad Cities!

We encourage everyone to take the opportunity to find a comfortable outdoor seat, relax and take in the picturesque scenery and enjoy the abundance of wildlife that can be seen from this vantage point. We also recommend dressing in layers to accommodate the varying temperature changes that can be encountered while cruising.
Boating is an outdoor activity. While on-board, you may encounter occurrences such as rocking/swaying motion, water on the decks, inclement weather and other outdoor discomforts such as insects, soot and soil. Rubber sole shoes and casual dress is most appropriate. Take care to use the hand railing when exploring the boat and especially when using the stairways.
The Captain's narration is a delightful mixture of history, humor and river lore and is an integral part of the cruise. We ask that you be considerate of your neighbor and keep your voice to a comfortable conversation level when indoors, so that the Captain and any special announcements can be heard by all.
Smoking is allowed outside on the rear of the bottom deck only. Restrooms are located on either side of the Main Deck stairs. Please do not leave personal belongings on the outside deck chairs. The Gift Shop is located outside and to the rear of the bottom deck.
Special safety instructions: Life Jackets are located on the 2nd deck bow, outside overhead and in a storage locker on either side of the Main Deck doors (bottom deck). Child life jackets are located in a cabinet under the second deck outside stairway. In the unlikely event of an emergency, our crew will direct you where to go and what to do.
